In March 2023, we travelled to paradise for our MENA Reward Trip – at least it felt like it! Distributors from the MENA region spent incredible days exploring Mauritius, networking and celebrating their achievements.
Tuesday 7 – adventures in La Terre des 7 couleurs
After the joyful arrival the day before with many greetings and beautiful Unicity gift bags for the participants, we started our first exploration tour early this morning! We visited the incredible Seven Colored Earth Geopark (La Terre des 7 couleurs) which is famous for, well, its 7-colored earth! After watching a short introductory video, we split in two groups and went in search of adventures, including crossing a valley on a wobbly suspension bridge and racing downhill in the Mountain Luge Karts.
The park was stunning, with volcanic sand dunes, the beautiful multicolored earth and amazing water falls. We even spotted a giant turtle! The day ended with a celebratory gala dinner on the beach in front of the resort.
Wednesday 8 – Team building on the Ile aux Cerfs
It was another early morning for us as we travelled by boat to the Ile aux Cerfs! After enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, we spent the day on the beach with a fun team challenge: Teams competed against each other to win coins, built rafts and raced each other on the beautiful Indian ocean (some rafts stood the test of the ocean a bit better than others 😊).
In the afternoon we took speedboats to visit the stunning waterfall Cascade de Grse. After an eventful day, everyone was grateful to spend a quiet, restful evening in the beautiful resort with its gorgeous pools and excellent restaurants.
Thursday 9 – Enjoying the Indian Ocean
We started off even earlier today! The busses took off at seven in the morning, taking us to the South West Coast of Mauritius for a day of cruising the ocean with Catamarans. We spent the day watching dolphins, swimming and snorkelling in the crystal blue water and venturing out to the famous Crystal Rock on tender boats. Distributors relaxed in the sun, networked and enjoyed the barbecue lunch on the catamarans. What a lovely, sunny day! The evening was spent individually at the resort again.
Friday 10 – See you again next time!
After the last, action-packed days, many distributors were glad to sleep in a little! While some participants departed early, many others spend a final day at the hotel to enjoy the gorgeous pools and amenities until their departure in the evening. This Reward Trip was fantastic, filled with fun, adventures and celebrations. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
