In Thailand, Unicity Leaders are improving dental health for children and elderly through a generous donation.
“Before, I had to travel to the hospital if I needed my teeth fixed; now, the dentist visits my school several times a year. I don't have to worry about toothaches or decay anymore.” - May, age 12
May is one of 500 children in Phetchaburi, Thailand who will benefit from the mobile dental clinic and medical support donated by Unicity.
The donated equipment will provide:
Dental kits and education for children and youth.
Eight visits annually to schools in the area.
Dental and oral care for those aged 60+.
150 MORE GOATS DISTRIBUTED
Our local partners distributed another 150 goats to displaced Syrian goat-herding families in Jordan this quarter. The goats provide both nutrition and financial support.
“One Syrian man was visibly emotional as we unloaded his two goats from the truck. He told us that he hadn’t been able to afford prescription medication since an accident. But now with income from selling the goats’ milk at market, he’ll be able to start taking his medication again.”
