Ahlam Al-Homad’s journey to success was anything but conventional. A trained psychological specialist, she was already running an online home appliance business in Denmark and Europe when she discovered Unicity. Since joining the company, she has transformed her career, rising to become one of the most successful Franchise Partners in Europe. Today, she leads a powerful team, including several top distributors, and continues to inspire others with her story.


How did she do it? We asked her.




From Personal Transformation to Business Success


Ahlam’s own journey with the Feel Great system became the foundation of her business. After coming across a Facebook post about Feel Great, she decided to give it a try - and was so impressed by the results, she decided to sign up as a distributor herself: “I joined only after testing the system myself and confirming its benefits for the body. After 10 days, I signed up as a distributor and started working with the company.“ Ahlam is testament to the power of Feel Great - after struggling with several health issues, she lost over 13 kg in three months on the program. This transformation solidified her belief in Feel Great and the company.


Ahlam’s prior experience in online marketing and the support of her upline, Presidential Ruby Walaa Hamido, proved to be a perfect combination for success. Ahlam took a step-by-step approach, starting with one package and then increasing her stock to eventually selling 30 packages in her first month as Unicity distributor.


Building a High-Performing Team


From the start, Ahlam took a strategic approach to team building. Rather than recruiting just anyone, she focused on attracting business professionals and social media influencers—people who already had experience in marketing and online engagement. This selective approach allowed her business to grow quickly.


Social media played a crucial role in her success. “It shortened the distance between me and my customers,” she explains. By leveraging digital platforms, she expanded her reach to different countries and maximized her sales potential.


It wasn’t always easy. “Challenges exist in every job, at all times and places,” Ahlam explains. “The key is to focus on solutions rather than problems.” She credits Unicity’s customer service and product guarantees for helping her navigate difficulties while staying committed to growth.


The Mindset for Success


Ahlam believes that hard work and consistency are the foundation of any successful business. “In the beginning, don’t focus on results—focus on learning,” she advises new distributors. “Dedicate the first six months to mastering online marketing and customer engagement. Your success will follow.”


Her strongest skill? Persuasion. “Many people in my team are business leaders and influencers. Convincing them wasn’t easy,” she says. “If you want to succeed, you need to develop your ability to inspire and persuade others.”


A Vision for the Future


One of Ahlam’s proudest moments was attending the Unicity Convention in Thailand, where she was honored with the prestigious Presidential Ruby rank. She also witnessed four of her team members rise to higher ranks—a testament to her leadership and mentorship.


Her journey is far from over. With her strong mindset, strategic business approach, and dedication to personal growth, Ahlam continues to push forward, inspiring others to achieve their own success and helping shape the future of Unicity.
